Moment Timezone v0.2.1 for Meteor

Moment Timezone, Timezone support for moment.js, packaged for Meteor. Currently includes all timezone data files.

For Meteor v0.9.0 and above: meteor add mrt:moment-timezone

For Meteor versions below v0.9.0 using Meteorite/AtmosphereJS: mrt add moment-timezone
